um its cuases lag but it depends on the farm and the ping of nearby players also use hoppers not comparator clocks the update ticks for it can cause lag

But this is alot cheaper... You could put blocks around it for less lightupdates. But idk whats good/bad for servers.

Idk what kind of farm it is but maybey look for block update detectors for less useless pulses.

I would use a block update detector. If you dont know what it is you may want to google it. But I dont think that this timer is anywhere near being long enof.

The pistons are out for a long time with that setup, and the clock changes state a lot more often than it needs to. I'd do a hopper clock with a monostable circuit if you don't really understand how to do BUD yet.
