Sending proof of the strikes in OpFactions to all leaders when asked for.​

Detailed description:

This is basically just sending the proof of faction reports to the leader of the faction that got striked.​

Reason(s):

This is so people can actually appeal their strikes, because appealing strikes is a thing and currently it doesn't make sense to appeal something if you dont even know what you got striked for. You could get striked for something very false in accident and not be able to appeal it because you don't know what happenned.​
