Denied Practice /Skin Command

Detailed description:

So as Gold rank we have few commands more then silver but can you try to add /skin command because some people are to lazy to change skin so with /skin command its going to be were ezy to change it and it will be superfast like you can do /skin (name of the skin) like /skin M0DIFIER and you get his skin what is he using right now and you can do allot more so we could have some commands I would really be grateful.​

because as Gold rank player we don't really have that much commands and it would be pretty cool that you can change skin that fast and that everybody can see it ​

Example(s):

/skin Marcel (and then you need to reloge and you got that skin or it changes instantly)​

Well unfortunately this was already suggested(Not just for Practice, but for the server overall) multiple times and they denied it..
However if they are going to add this, I would like to see it on all servers and not just practice.
