Loot protection

Detailed description:
I think this server should have a Loot Protection plugin. All the people are taking my earned loot and I think it is not fair. All Newbies I would say. They just walk in, take my loot, and leave. It gets me really mad. I think there should be a change.

Server/Place suggestion is intended:

Factions
OP-Factions
Classic Factions
OP-Skyblock
Classic Skyblock

Reason:
Because all the newbies and players keep on taking my earned loot and leaving.

Example:
When you kill someone your loot is protected for 10 secs And only you can obtain it for that 10 secs
