Ability to /report so that staff can look after the player reported. This can be use if someone is hacking or advertising

Reason:
Easier to report players. No need for proof or something like that. It is ingame and can be added in any gamemodes

Example:
Markbona1212: /report JPMechanics killaura
Report: Your report has been successfully deliver.Thank you for reporting. The player will be reviewed by a staff member.
After some time later
Report: The player has been successfully been caught and been punished. Thanks for your report

+1, this would make the entire process of reporting much easier and efficient.

This all looks like a nice idea but as I said this requires a lot of administration.
And there will be a lot of fake reports of people just being mad because they're getting killed.
Or people who can't distinguish hackers from good pvpers.
However I would really love to have a plugin like this if it's well build.
e.g. Cooldown, disabling acces to it for people who used it over 20 times a day, fake reports-disabled as well,...
