Update opfactions

Detailed description:
I would really like if you guys could add some stuff to opfactions to make it more exciting...like custom enchants maybe or custom bosses that give u items when u kill it and like rename tags.Basically raname tags are just a one time use /rename command but it comes in an actual item. Anyway that is all. Thanks for reading this.

I think it would make the server more exciting and you would actually have something to do if your already on of those op players who have tons and tones of items they dont even know what to do with it.

And if you can i would like that custom enchant weapons [apart from the sharp 18 sword rn which already has custom enchants]
should not be dupeable [donator+ higher cannot dupe it with /gmc].
If it is not able to be done that is fine.
