Unexpected account reset

I had stopped playing pika bedwars for 2 years and my account of username Tallismanto got reset and lost all its stats and levels in bedwars before I used to have 31 levels now when I started playing about 2 months ago have gained back to 12 , I wish to regain my stats if possible

Same thing happened with my friends too their account got reset (only their levels were there )
Just put a appeal but most probably you won't get your stats back .
