I feel like when people up votes/ down votes and don't say anything to the suggestion are just messing around so why cant we be FORCED to reply to the suggestion​

1. Suggesters deserve to hear other people's thoughts
2. Much safer
3.check if the people are for real or not​

As much as i love to hear people if it negative or positive it their own choice and i understand it so this suggestion is pointless

That's really unnecessary. Some of us think the same and let's say we downvote your suggestion because of the same reason, so in that situation, it would just be completely useless to explain the same thing over and over again.
