Vault broken

Went to OP factions, tried to open the vault but it is broken. I can pick the "vault chest" to my inventory and place it. I cant open it to have my items. Really would like a reply fast.
I thought it was lag, but my internet is fine. I also tried to restart the game but still doesnt work.

it may be a bug idk
they will fix it,
or the problem is with ur computer idk

It cant be my computer, must be a bug. But I still lost all of my suff... nice.
I don't expect much from server leaders since they always just say, well it is a bug, and nothing happens.
If u can't return my stuff, something as a gift for an apology would be nice.
